In tactical situations, fixed blades can be incredibly reliable right off the bat, but folding knives are definitely easier to carry without being noticed. Which type do you find more trustworthy?
Well I've never been in a tactical situation. I tend to daily carry a multitool and a locking folder. Folder usually a Hogue Doug Ritter. Never have abused a quality locking folder to the point of failure. Hunting these last few years I've been carrying a Fiddleback Forge KE Bushie fixed blade knife.
