Northern people around here?

Anyone from northern Minnesota? Would love to talk about hunting, bear safety, and perhaps some long-range shooting since we’ve got plenty of space in those old mine pits. Happy to be part of this community! Looks like this winter is going to feel endless!

I DO NOT miss having ...bear prolems... anymore like I had on the family ranch..
But then, we had 2 kinds of bears to deal with.. NOT fun..

I'm interested in finding places where I can shoot at a longer range. I have great ranges around me, but I'm a little restricted. I'm in central MN. Where are you located? Where do you find old mines accessible to the public?
