Ramen in the Prep Stash, Yay or Nay?

Wondering what everyone thinks about stashing ramen for emergencies. Not exactly a superfood, but it's cheap, filling, and can last quite a while, right? I've got a few cases tucked away, but how long do they really last past the expiration date? Also, anyone have tips on the best way to store them? Do you guys rotate ramen in your prep stock or have any hacks to make it more versatile in a pinch? Seems like they might outlive their shelf life!

Agree... Ramen can be a useful item to keep in a balaned assortment of ...prepper... items...

In my ....Good Idea, Good Info.... notebook I have a number of ...lists... of food items to stock.. This as well as lists of other ...prepper... items. It is interesting to compare lists. Much will be the same, but you will run across the occasional interesting item on a list that makes you think ....that's a good idea....
